The data controller is Bogdan Klimov, an individual and the owner of this website.

For any question related to data processing, use the e-mail address given in the Contact section of this document.

Through the enquiry form: your name, your preferred contact channel and its value (a Telegram account, an e-mail address or a phone number), the project type, an approximate budget and the text of your message.

Automatically: technical request data — IP address, browser type and the time of the request. These protect the form from automated submissions and are used for nothing else.

In your browser: the chosen interface language, the sound setting and your answer to the cookie banner. These stay on your device and are never sent to the server.

The only purpose of processing is to answer your enquiry and discuss possible work together.

The data is never used for marketing campaigns, never sold, and never passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact address. Once withdrawn, the enquiry and the data attached to it are deleted.

The contents of an enquiry are delivered to me through the Telegram messaging service and/or by e-mail. These services act purely as a delivery channel.

The site runs on a hosting provider's infrastructure, which processes technical request logs as part of providing the hosting service.

There are no other recipients.

Correspondence and enquiry contents are kept for as long as they are needed for the conversation about the project, and are deleted on request.

Technical data used to protect the form from automated submissions is kept for a few minutes at most and is not linked to an identity.

You can ask what data about you is processed, request that it be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing.

Writing to the contact address is enough. A reply is sent within a reasonable period, usually a few working days.

The site is served over HTTPS. Only I have access to submitted enquiries.

The form is protected against automated submissions by request rate limiting and a hidden check that is invisible to a normal visitor.

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.

This document may be updated. The current version always lives at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
